Executive Summary

BMH Digital Recommendation

BMH Digital proposes a single-platform operational system for Gased designed to solve the core operational friction behind to automate the order and customer care, so they never have to run out of gas in their geysers or stoves etc. it needs to be an automated refill and gas purchase system with auto deliveries. the customer needs to be notified that the gas is almost finished they should be able to reorder or auto refill with all logistical challenges and requirements needed. then i want a small commerce section so i can sell extra equipment to my customers . The recommendation is aimed at improving control, reducing inefficiency, and giving the business a stronger platform for growth rather than layering more manual effort onto a weak process.

Business Problem

Primary Objective

Objective: To automate the order and customer care, so they never have to run out of gas in their geysers or stoves etc. it needs to be an automated refill and gas purchase system with auto deliveries. The customer needs to be notified that the gas is almost finished they should be able to reorder or auto refill with all logistical challenges and requirements needed. Then I want a small commerce section so I can sell extra equipment to my customers

Without a structured digital solution, inefficiency, reduced visibility, and scaling friction are likely to continue.

Key Challenges

  • Customers realising gas is empty too late.

Proposed Solution

Solution Direction

Solution Type: Single-platform operational system

BMH Digital recommends a single-platform operational system built around the business’s real workflow, user responsibilities, and delivery priorities. The solution should connect the most important external tools early so the platform becomes operationally useful, not isolated. Real-time visibility should be treated as a core value driver rather than an optional extra.

Recommended Platforms

  • Web and mobile

Recommended Scope

Included Scope

  • Business-aligned solution planning
  • Core workflow and operational experience design
  • Primary platform implementation
  • Structured visibility and reporting foundations
  • Role-based access structure for the primary user groups
  • Priority third-party integrations required for launch
  • Real-time visibility or live operational status requirements

Optional Next Phase

  • Expanded analytics and reporting depth
  • Additional operational modules and workflow refinement
  • Process optimization after the initial release stabilizes

Commercial Assumptions

  • Client stakeholders will provide timely review, approvals, and direction.
  • Required access to business context, systems, and integration information will be made available when needed.
  • Final commercials remain subject to confirmed launch priorities and agreed project scope.

Delivery & Investment

Delivery Plan

Estimated Timeline: 8 to 12 weeks

Approach: BMH Digital recommends a phased delivery approach: first establish the highest-value operational core, then expand into deeper optimization once the foundation is stable and useful.

Investment Guidance

R87 400 – R106 400

This investment range reflects a tailored business solution built around operational value, delivery complexity, and future usefulness. Final pricing may refine once scope, integration depth, and delivery priorities are confirmed.

  • Better connectivity across the systems the business already depends on

Optional Add-Ons

Expansion & Support Options

  • Ongoing maintenance and support
  • Expanded analytics and reporting

Recommended Decision

Confirm scope direction and proceed into structured planning

If the commercial direction is aligned, the next step is to lock the Phase 1 priorities, confirm the investment direction, and move into formal planning and kickoff. The objective is to move quickly without losing delivery clarity.

Suggested Next Steps

  • Confirm the commercial direction and project intent.
  • Agree the Phase 1 scope and delivery priorities.
  • Validate key users, integrations, and operational requirements.
  • Move into structured planning, commercial confirmation, and execution kickoff.
